Ms. Motia Sikandar

 I have done my LLB degree from University of Karachi, Pakistan and currently practicing as an advocate of High Court. I am a registered member of Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Bar Council. I have worked with Advocate Zafar Iqbal Dutt ASC, as an associate and assisted my senior counsel in various litigation matters such as Family and rent cases in District Courts.

I have an experience of working with M/s M. Zubair & Associates; a law firm where I assisted my seniors in numerous cases of different nature including but not limited to civil, criminal, tax related matters.  I drafted various cases and prepared final arguments. I independently handled and presented cases of civil nature in District Courts. I am well aware of the Court proceedings and have conducted cross-examination and argued cases before District Courts.

I worked with B12 Advocates & Solicitors and assisted my seniors in customs related cases including goods adjudication and bail matters in Special Courts and High Court. Currently I am assisting Advocate Bushra Zia in litigation for different matters i.e civil cases, Banking matters, Customs cases etc.
